BROAD OVERVIEW OF THE DETAILS AS FOLLOWS:

Repayment Mortgages Only.

Minimum Loan 40,000 EUROS / Maximum Loan 200,000 EUROS

Maximum Loan to Value 80% of the Property Value

Based on Affordability after financial commitments removed from net salary (max 2 joint)

Maximum Term 20 Years to a Maximum Age of 75 Years.

Updated Current rates as of 05/09/2006 are:

 1 year Fixed rate in EURO= 5.90% or £ Sterling Rate 1 year Fixed= 6.90%

 3 year Fixed rate in EURO= 6.30% or £ Sterling Rate 3 year Fixed= 7.30%

 5 year Fixed rate in EURO= 6.60% or £ Sterling Rate 5 year Fixed= 7.60%

If the property is to be rented Add 0.50% to both of these rates.
